Customer service is a priority to Frederique Blunden, who also has strong administration and organisational skills and experience.

She has worked as a logistics consultant for TripADeal, an account manager for Byron-based integrated e-commerce agency 30 Acres and totaltravel.com by yahoo!7 and an account executive for Telstra.

In the last position, she managed a corporate and government portfolio worth $4 million in annual revenue and achieved 99 per cent on customer satisfaction surveys.

Frederique was one of only three business graduates in Queensland to be recruited into the Telstra Graduate Program. She also has experience in human resource management and customer solutions and has worked in medical reception at First Light Healthcare. A Byron Bay local for 15 years, Frederique is a keen runner who likes to scale the Lighthouse steps and an avid reader of historical sagas and autobiographies.
