Hugh graduated from the University of NSW in 1997 and obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2001.

Hugh has spent the past two decades working across diverse general practice settings in Sydney, Melbourne and the NSW Northern Rivers, gaining valuable insight and experience, and cementing his reputation as one of the region’s most trusted GPs.

Hugh first commenced work in Byron Bay at the former Shirley Street Family Practice in 2005 and over the past 15 years, he has developed a strong knowledge of local health needs and services.
