Ensuring the efficient running of the medical aspects of Raindrum, Kylie Arthur has extensive experience in all aspects of administration and practice management. She continually strives to improve her skills, and implement new and effective processes, to ensure the Clinic is run in the most professional way possible.

With patient care always her first priority, Kylie ensures each program runs smoothly and that all aspects of the patient’s care are addressed in a timely manner and thoroughly followed up. She works collaboratively with all Raindrum care providers to deliver streamlined, effective care.

Overseeing Raindrum’s administration and reception team with a calm and friendly approach, Kylie takes pride in making sure each patient receives respectful, discreet and considerate care throughout every step of the process.
