Massage Therapist
Sara Alberici is a qualified remedial massage therapist with a special interest in sports massage, deep tissue massage and injury rehabilitation.
During her sessions Sara also uses cupping, dry needling, stretching, trigger point release and myofascial release to aid in her patients healing and health their bodies.
Sara enjoys working with patients to understand their needs and goals, spending time listening and revaluating at each session.
Sara’s passion for health and fitness comes from a semi-professional sporting career; using her knowledge to encompass healing for both body and mind.
