Yoga

A passionate yoga teacher, Stefanie Haury uses a combination of postures, alignment (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to create a powerful flowing class.

Drawing on her extensive knowledge base, as well as her travels to Thailand and India, Stefanie is committed to delivering a practice that is balanced in all aspects of yoga, meditation and relaxation.

She is a firm believer of the mind/body connection during practice and provides a nurturing, warm environment promoting encouragement for her clients in each session.

Stefanie also incorporates her Massage Therapist qualification and her Advanced Certified Nutrition & Health Coach training to complement her sessions, using massage and reflexology techniques.

In addition, this mother of two is also an advocate of the Hypnobirthing® Mongan Method, which encourages a natural, calm and positive birthing experience. She enjoys guiding new mums through Pre and Postnatal Yoga and even extending her teachings to toddlers, children and teens.

When she’s not at work, Stefanie enjoys taking time to practice yoga, running and spending time with her family down at the beach.
